Aside from having your Facility’s scheduler or calendar view in your DentiMax Practice Management Software, an additional module called Appointment Book Pro is available as an option for you to efficiently manage your Provider’s scheduling system. This provides you an Advanced feature where you get to block the provider’s schedule (Meeting, Break, Leave, Time OFF and etc.) This add-on module will help you in creating different Calendar views either by group of providers or Individually, you can also set the security level as you get to decide who can show the provider’s schedule. Having this module, you get to use the Email Reminder functionality for your patients to be reminded with their Appointment and Recall appointment.
