This is your needed help in communicating to your patients with their Conditions, Procedures and Treatments. CiC or Clinical Information Center is your chair-side Patient Education. It is a very interactive computer-based program that will help you communicate to the patients by having them watch quick animations demonstrating different conditions, treatment and procedures. Aside from the animations, you can also provide them some leaflets or instructional manuals at the end of the visit that can be sent through the patient’s email. It can be used by anyone in the team who explains things to patients on a one-to-one basis – dentist, hygienist, treatment coordinator, practice manager, senior nurse.
