As an Office Admin, you should be ready to work in a fast paced environment and overcome daily challenges with a positive approach.
Some of the tasks expected from you are:
- Maintain the daily accounts and administrative records
- Manage / Monitor daily office operation
- Manage / Monitor logistics and resources
- Responsible for handling telephone and be responsible for all incoming calls/faxes and communicating with relevant persons and projects
- Conduct other general accounting duties, as assigned.
- Managing and supporting sales coordination, work as required by your senior manager.
Experience in handling accounts of mid to large sized sales team along with cash and bank affairs management would make you an ideal candidate for this position.
