DentiMax Kiosk allows patients to enter their own personal information, insurance details and medical history via a computer or tablet placed in the reception area, eliminating the need for office staff to manually enter data captured on paper forms.DentiMax has launched a patient self-check-in system that it says reduces clerical errors, saves time, and cuts paper use.DentiMax provides a suite of dental practice management software which offers billing, insurance claims, treatment planning and appointment scheduling modules. The self-check-in system, called DentiMax Kiosk, is the latest addition to company’s original software suite and is integrated with it.DentiMax Kiosk allows patients to enter their own personal information, insurance details and medical history via a computer or tablet placed in the reception area, eliminating the need for office staff to manually enter data captured on paper forms.“Historically, when a patient goes to the dentist’s office, there are numerous forms to fill out, which office staff then have to input into their practice management system,” David Arnett, DentiMax’s co-founder, said in a statement. “This can be a hassle for both the patients and the staff.”Once the patient submits the forms, the office manager reviews them in electronic format to ensure they are accurate and complete. He or she then approves the information for transfer to the patient’s record on the practice management system.
E-Connect is a tool to upload and download Prior Authorization and E-Claim xml files. E-Connect is a tool to upload your prior authorization xml to HAAD / DHA. This connector will also get back that xml files and download them into your specified folder path. E-Connect can also upload E-Claims directly to the HAAD / DHA. This tool will reduce your effort and time.

Digital Dream Sensors
Dream Sensor is a thin, wired CMOS intraoral x-ray sensor. The sensor has rounded corners and beveled edges and is available in Size 1 and Size 2. The Kevlar-reinforced cable has a direct USB connection with no in-line box.
Dream Sensor is waterproof and contains a “shock absorber” plate that lies over the sensor for protection from accidental bite pressure.
Dream Sensor can be used with DentiMax Imaging Software or as well as virtually all software on the market. DentiMax Imaging Software is an open system that supports all digital dental hardware and bridges will all major practice management systems.
Dream Sensor was evaluated with DentiMax Imaging Software by 10 consultants over a three-month period. This digital x-ray sensor received a 96% clinical rating.
